Job Title: Technical Account Management

Job Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Teams to ensure alignment between the Services organization and the sales pipeline. You will assist in identifying key prospects and effectively positioning Technical Account Management (TAM) services. Additionally, you will partner with the Director of Technical Account Management to enhance and develop our service offerings, driving continuous improvement and innovation for our customers.

You should excel in building relationships and possess excellent collaboration skills. Quick adaptability to new technologies and efficient time management are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact and escalation point for the team.
- Enhance team performance and customer value through asset development and efficiencies.
- Provide pastoral and professional support to team members.
- Monitor Salesforce adoption trends with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive.
- Advocate for customers during high-severity issue resolution.
- Provide executive-level status reports to stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and mitigate renewal risks for subscriptions.
- Demonstrate our core values in daily activities.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Senior Salesforce Administration, Technology Solutions Development, or Technical/Solutions Architecture.
- Proficient in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce features, with strong API utilization skills.
Minimum of one Salesforce product certification required.
- Effective communicator, able to influence at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
Experience managing or leading small teams, formally or informally, with a background in mentoring.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
